How to Rent a Video Package
I created this page to make it easy for you to rent my exercise video packages, which are hosted on the Vimeo OTT platform.
These exercise videos are designed for use with your children or for your own personal use. I recommend browsing the packages here on my website—you can access them all from the main video page. I also regularly publish discount codes that allow you to rent the packages at a reduced price.
Alternatively, you can browse all of the video packages on our Vimeo OTT site. Every video package is available in both English and Hungarian, so please be sure to select the correct language version.
When you rent a video package, you receive unlimited personal access to watch the videos on Vimeo OTT for 12 months.
Video packages are available in US dollars, British pounds, euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, and other currencies, depending on the country where you live.
How to rent an exercise package
If you start from a video package page on this website, you can watch a trailer for the package. To rent it, simply click the "Rent Now" button.
If you start from a video package on my Vimeo OTT page, click the "Rent" button to begin the rental process.
You will then see the video package rental screen. Here you can create your Vimeo OTT account (if you do not already have one) and enter your payment details to complete the rental.
The screenshots below show each step of the process.
Create your Vimeo OTT account by entering your email address and choosing a password for your Vimeo account. Do not use the password for your email account. I also recommend ticking the box to receive updates from me about new video packages, discounts, and other news.
Payment and Completing the Rental
Next, enter your payment card details. If you have Google Pay set up on your device, you can also use that.
I often publish discount codes for my video packages on my website. If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Promo code" field and click "APPLY".
If the code is valid, the discounted price will be displayed immediately. If the code has expired or is incorrect, you will see the message "This code is not valid." If this happens, visit my website to check whether a newer discount code is available.
Finally, click the "Complete Purchase" button.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will be able to watch the complete video package whenever you wish.
Remember, when you rent a video package, you receive unlimited personal access to watch the videos on Vimeo OTT for 12 months. For your security, never share your Vimeo OTT login details with anyone else. Downloading the videos is not permitted or possible.
After your purchase
Whenever you want to watch your rented video packages again, you can view all of your rentals by visiting the following page, or by selecting Settings when you are logged in to Vimeo OTT: https://drsarlos.vhx.tv/settings/manage/transactions
If you experience any problems with payment or with watching the exercise videos, please contact Vimeo Customer Support: https://drsarlos.vhx.tv/contact/support.
Complete the support form as shown in the screenshot below. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to enter your email address. After choosing a category, for example "payment issues", the support form will suggest a help page. If this page does not solve the problem, click on "Click here to message support", enter a detailed step-by-step description of the problem to help Vimeo reproduce and investigate it, and finally click "Send".
